2 Best Warm up Songs and Their Warm up Routine

It is impossible to get kids to exercise these days, thanks to the plethora of gaming gadgets that have made our kids a hopeless victim of the sedentary predator that would not leave at any expense. You need to have something really thrilling to get kids to their feet and to make that happen here are the 2 cheery exercise songs for kids with the Warm up routine.

Warming up

I’m warming up warming up getting warm (Encourage kids to raise their arms and sway back and forth)
I’m warming up I’m warming up so I can perform (Perform the arm routine again)
Warming up warming up getting warm (Now ask kids to raise one leg as up as they can and place it down and go about the same routine with second routine. )

Kids can also jog around to this song for a full body warm up. Whatever works best for the kids. To keep things interesting, encourage the kids to sing along.

And one more time, do it again and you are done with the warm up. Get children something to drink after a couple of minutes rest. Repeat before every athletic activity, playground activity (such as playing on a commercial playground equipment) or exercise to make sure that kids are properly warmed up; without the proper warm up, our muscles prone to exercise injury.
